Meet Your Guide on the Journey

Favorite way to practice self-care: Being in nature, making art, listening to music, meditation and working out

Favorite hobby/interests outside of clinical practice: Painting, traveling, yoga and hanging out with my cats and family

Favorite theorist: Carl Jung, analytical psychology

What you would say to someone who is on the fence about participating in therapy: “Therapy isn’t magic, and it’s not for everyone. But for many people, it’s one of the most practical and effective steps they can take when they’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or repeating the same unhelpful patterns. It gives you a trained, neutral collaborator who can help you understand yourself better, develop real tools to feel more in control of your life and walk on the path with you.”

Top three skills that you bring into session with you:

Empathy, creativity, patience

Art therapy

Mindfulness

Becoming an art therapist and focusing on natural healing methods, has led me to inner peace and harmony with myself. While pursuing my master’s in art therapy, I developed an interest in exploring new ways to heal the mind, such as becoming a yoga and meditation teacher. As I worked with children, teens, and adults, I realized the profound impact of holistic healing on a person’s well-being, and I became passionate about integrating the mind, body, and soul.

Art therapy uses holistic and natural methods to provide self-awareness, manage behaviors, reduce stress/pain and improve self-esteem.

If you are looking to become more self-aware, heal from trauma, find your passion and feel alive again, you are at the right place. I offer natural and holistic remedies to help heal the mind, body and soul. My private sessions include art therapy, mindfulness, yoga and herbal medicine healing with the focus on healing the inner child and dreamwork.
