Moving Through Grief Yoga Group
Grief doesn’t occur only when someone dies. According to bereavement expert Kenneth Doka, “Disenfranchised grief refers to a loss that's not openly acknowledged, socially mourned or publicly supported.” Any type of loss can be so foundational to our own existence, moving alone can sometimes be hard. This is why we invite you to participate in this four week “Moving Through Grief” yoga class. Whatever your grief, Come As You Are.
